Dr. Meltzer is the most amazing person I have met in my professional life. Coming here and working for her has been like getting drafted to the NFL or picked for a space shuttle mission: a true labor of love within a protective cloak of support and encouragement. Her steadfast defense of our academic, innovative, and educational callings has provided an environment like no other place I am aware of. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Meltzer for the incredible impact she has had on my life.

Dr. Meltzer, thank you for your years of service. I recall two situations in particular. One, you and a team had come to MRI MOT to get input from staff; it put my doubt away when I spoke of my concerns as you took my input seriously! Secondly, you came personally to tell me a patient I had taken care of had made their transition and made sure I was told they were so grateful for the treatment they received. You have been a wonderful example of "we're in this together!" I wish you much happiness in your new chapter!
