Darragh Brady, MD
Assistant Professor, Division of Pediatric Imaging
Dr. Brady is a pediatric radiologist board-certified in both diagnostic radiology and internal medicine/pulmonary disease. He earned his medical school from the University College of Dublin. He then completed a diagnostic radiology residency with Emory Radiology followed by a fellowship in pediatric radiology at Children's National Hospital in Washington, DC.

Hannah Leah Cebull, PhD
Post-Doctoral Fellow, Nuclear Cardiology Research and Development Lab
Dr. Cebull is a scientist whose work investigates aortic biomechanics using noninvasive, in vivo data acquisitions such as CT, MRI, and echocardiography to inform computational fluid dynamic simulations as well as geometric characterizations. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow in Dr. Marina Piccinelli’s lab, where she is focused on the improvement of aortic disease characterization using novel image analysis techniques. The aim of this work is to develop a robust method that improves patient diagnoses, ultimately improving patient treatments. She earned her PhD in biomedical engineering from Purdue University in Indiana.

Dr. Chen is a scientist focused on the development and clinical translation of new PET tracers for the central nervous system and construction and evaluation of neuroinflammatory and degenerative disease models, with extensive knowledge and skills in in-vitro and in-vivo modeling. In his role with the lab, he is focused on development and clinical translation of PET tracers targeting the central nervous system (epilepsy, neuroinflammatory, neurodegenerative diseases). He earned his PhD from Peking University in China and worked previously as a research fellow for the Department of Radiology, Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston.

June Griffin
Program Coordinator, Communications and Creative Services
Ms. Griffin first joined Emory Healthcare in 2018 as the administrative assistant for the Division of Emergency and Trauma Imaging. In that role she was responsible for providing administrative support for more than 20 physicians serving multiple locations. In 2019, she was promoted to Administrative Assistant, Senior. She brings with her experience with managing multiple projects and responsibilities under tight timelines. As Program Coordinator, an important and vital addition to the Communications and Creative Services team, Ms. Griffin coordinates department-level programs, projects, and events like Faculty and Staff Awards, The Heinz S. Weens Lecture, the RSNA Alumni Reception, the Service Excellence Institute, holiday and welcome/farewell celebrations, and more.

Michelle Kress, DO

Dr. Kress is a breast imaging specialist serving Emory Johns Creek Hospital and Grady Memorial Hospital. She received her DO from Lincoln Memorial University, DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, Tennessee. She then completed diagnostic radiology residency at McLaren Oakland in Pontiac, Michigan, and a fellowship in breast imaging at Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan.

Dr. Liang comes to Emory Radiology from Harvard University and Massachusetts General Hospital, where he was Associate Professor and Director of Radiochemistry and Biomarker Development, in the Division of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging. He has completed the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging Future Leaders Academy, and has received numerous honors, including the Hal O'Brien Rising Star Award from the High Country Nuclear Medicine Conference and the OKeanos-CAPA Young Investigator Award at the Chemical Biology Interface from the Chinese-American Chemistry & Chemical Biology Professors Association. He received his PhD from the University of British Columbia, and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Harvard University supported by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada.

Dr. Akshat Pujara is the Clinical Site Director for Breast Imaging for Emory Decatur Hospital and Emory Hillandale Hospital. He earned his medical degree from Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. After an internal medicine internship at Kaiser Permanente in San Francisco, CA, he completed a diagnostic radiology residency at New York University and a breast imaging fellowship at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL.

Philipp Von Knebel Doeberitz, PhD

As a postdoctoral scholar, Dr. von Knebel Doeberitz is mainly interested in quantitative imaging features of coronary and carotid arterial plaques as well as their clinical implications. He is completing his residency in diagnostic radiology at University Hospital Mannheim, Germany. Having earned his MD degree from Charité – Medical University Berlin, Germany, he subsequently completed a research scholarship on cardiovascular CT at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.

Dr. Xiao's research interests include novel methodology development of 11C-/18F-labeling and development of PET tracers for neurodegenerative diseases like Huntington's disease, Alzheimer's disease, and Parkinson's disease. He earned his PhD in organic chemistry from Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry (SIOC), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He subsequently worked with Professor Hao Xu’s group at the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University and then worked as a post-doctoral fellow with Professor Steven H. Liang’s group in the Division of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging of the Department of Radiology, Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and Harvard Medical School (HMS).
