Paul Cronin, BA, MB BCh BAO, MS, MRCPI, FRCR, FACR
Professor
Dr. Cronin is a cardiothoracic radiologist whose research interests include evidence synthesis and outcomes research. He has received multiple honors and awards, has been invited to visiting professor programs in Australia, Europe and North America. He is past president of ACER and RAHSR and is the co-chair the Research Track Program and ARRALD program at AUR Annual Meeting.

Lance Hall, MD
Associate Professor
Dr. Lance T. Hall was recently promoted to associate professor. He completed his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in 2000, residency in neurosurgery at West Virginia University Hospital in 2003, and residency in nuclear medicine at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics in 2007. Prior to joining the faculty at Emory in 2019, Dr. Hall held positions at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics, Radiology Regional Center, Tomah Memorial Hospital, Sheboygan Memorial Hospital-Valley View, Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital, and Grant Memorial Hospital. His primary clinical/scholarly focus is nuclear medicine and molecular imaging.
Associate Professor
Dr. Lance T. Hall was recently promoted to associate professor. Eric Peterson
Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
Eric Peterson attended Davidson College where he earned a bachelor of science in biology and a minor in chemistry. He continued his education at Barry University where he attained a master’s degree in clinical medical science. Subsequently, he was certified as physician assistant (PA-C) by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Eric began his PA career in family and emergency medicine learning the basics of treating acute and chronic conditions in his patients. Upon moving from his native Florida to Georgia, he began practicing interventional orthopedics. In this field, he treated patients experiencing chronic pain by performing image-guided injections to alleviate pain and increase function. He is happy to have earned the opportunity to become a member of the interventional radiology team at Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital, where he will continue to provide care to patients in the Atlanta area.

Tamica M. Whiten, DNP, APRN, AGACNP-BC, FNP-BC

Tamica Whiten is board-certified in family and adult gerontology acute care. She is not an unfamiliar face to Emory Radiology, specifically interventional radiology. Prior to working in her new position as a nurse practitioner (NP), she has worked as a staff nurse in the OR and as a nurse coordinator in the interventional radiology scheduling office through the Emory Staffing Pool consistently for the past 2 years. Recently, she has served as a clinical nurse instructor at the Emory Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing. Tamica has over 20 years of nursing experience in various roles including ICU, PACU, and as a sexual assault nurse examiner. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Alcorn State University, and her master’s degree in nursing with an adult gerontology acute care NP degree at the University of South Alabama and continued her studies to obtain a doctor of nursing practice from the University of South Alabama.

Matt Zygmont, MD

He is a diagnostic radiologist with fellowship training in neuroradiology and is currently clinical faculty in the Division of Emergency and Trauma Imaging. He co-chairs the Committee for CT Quality and Safety and has research interests in CT dose reduction, workflow optimization and quality improvement for imaging services at Emory Healthcare and Grady Memorial Hospital.
